Integrative Individual Therapy offers a safe space entirely dedicated to your emotional healing. Our approach combines Integrative Therapy with Clinical Hypnosis for deep, effective and genuinely personalised support. We work in immersive 75-minute sessions, giving you the time and depth needed to explore your challenges with clarity and safety.

Why 75-minute sessions?

Most traditional approaches end at the exact moment the patient begins to touch the wound. With our method, we ensure 75-minute sessions so there is safe space without rush. This extended time gives us complete clinical flexibility: depending on your pace and needs on any given day, we can dedicate the session to deep emotional exploration (Integrative Therapy), to intense reprogramming work (Clinical Hypnosis), or seamlessly alternate between both. It is a deep, safe immersion, adapted exclusively to you.

Our Clinical Efficacy Protocol

  • Phase 1 — Neurological Stabilisation (Why the Packs Exist): Neuroscience shows that the first 30 days are crucial for change. That is why we recommend starting with 4 continuous weekly sessions. It is during this time window that Long-Term Potentiation (LTP) occurs, stabilising the nervous system and strengthening new neural pathways before the mind reverts to the old anxiety patterns.
  • Phase 2 — Integration and Autonomy: From the 4th session onwards, depending on your progress, we begin to space out appointments (e.g., fortnightly). The goal is for you to integrate the emotional changes into the "real world", testing your new tools in everyday life.
  • Phase 3 — Your Commitment: True transformation requires consistency. Adhering to a structured plan is a pact with yourself. Our therapeutic alliance ensures you do not abandon your process at the first sign of superficial relief, allowing us to work towards the definitive consolidation of results.
